This Privacy Policy explains how Daniel Couto / c4dfxlab (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, and share information when you visit c4dfxlab.com (the “Site”) or buy our digital Cinema 4D plugins.

c4dfxlab.com is a small online shop selling digital software plugins. Contact us through the contact form on the Site or the email address published there.

  • License and activation data — License Keys, product/tier, and machine identifiers our soft-license system needs to activate and enforce seats (for example a hash derived from hostname and username). We do not harvest MAC addresses for licensing.
  • Site usage data — pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate location from IP, and similar analytics or advertising pixels if enabled (for example Meta Pixel via PixelYourSite).
  • Messages you send us — content of contact-form or support emails.

3. How we use information

We use this information to:

  • process orders, deliver downloads, and issue License Keys;
  • activate and validate licenses and prevent abuse of seat limits;
  • provide customer support and respond to questions;
  • improve the Site and understand which products people care about;
  • comply with law and protect against fraud or misuse;
  • run advertising or analytics measurement where those tools are installed.
